Our own office was a milestone moment for our then team of three (you can read about that glow-up moment here.

Fast forward twelve months, and we’ve tripled in size. Yep — Milberry Marketing is now a team of eleven. That means we’ve added heavy-hitters across the board: photographers, videographers, web and graphic designers, stylists, admin support, and next-level content creators.

This growth isn’t just about us getting bigger — it’s about getting sharper, faster, and even more strategic for our clients.

More hands on deck means more minds in the room. More ideas. More execution. More capacity to take your marketing from “just keeping up” to “completely dialed in.” Whether you’re launching a new product, opening a new location, or trying to make sense of TikTok, we now have the firepower to build campaigns that look good, sound better, and actually work.

“When I first started Milberry Marketing in 2016, it was never my plan to run my own agency. I was perfectly happy working as a solopreneur — building smart strategies, writing content, and helping small teams grow their visibility with what they had,” says Founder and CEO Cait Milberry. 

“But as my clients’ needs evolved, so did the work. I needed backup. Real ones. And I’ve been lucky enough to find a crew of seriously talented professionals who not only get the job done, but give a damn about the work and the people we do it for.”

Building this team wasn’t part of some ten-year master plan. It was an organic evolution — a response to rising demand, bigger opportunities, and the kind of complex, creative challenges that deserve more than one brain in the room. Now, we’re not just offering strategy — we’re executing it in-house, with people we trust, and people who care.

And we’re just getting started.
