Client Overview
What We Did:
Working closely with Mary Beth and Zita, we took on several key roles to ensure the anniversary celebration felt deeply personal, well-produced, and visually memorable:
Visual Identity Refresh
We began by designing a new logo to mark this milestone—one that honoured the Sisters’ legacy while feeling timeless and reflective of their values. The new emblem was introduced as a central design element throughout the event materials.
Dynamic Slide Deck & Event Video
Our team created a highly visual presentation and video montage that served as the emotional heartbeat of the anniversary banquet. The deck incorporated:
-
- Still photography of masses, conversations, shared meals, and candid moments.
- Surprise contributions from people near and far, adding touching messages, laughs, and tears.
- A thoughtful narrative arc that paid tribute to the Sisters’ legacy, mission, and community impact.
- Still photography of masses, conversations, shared meals, and candid moments.
Event Production & Hosting
From scripting and MC’ing the event to overseeing the entire event production, we ensured every detail was seamless—from lighting to audio to program pacing. Our team also captured live photography of the evening, preserving the memories of a beautiful celebration.
